Rules for eating and drinking water, as well as the use of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide

The analysis of information from the speeches of Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Ivan Pavlovich Neumyvakin (presented on YouTube by numerous videos) indicates that in Russia the food industry, catering, pharmacological industry and official medicine have two main goals:

the first is to exterminate most of the country's population;

the second is to get all their material values from these people before they die.

 

Therefore, if you managed to live to the age of 40, then it's time to thoroughly take care of your health. No one else will help you! People in white coats are only able to recommend taking any expensive pills or to help your relatives (for a considerable reward) - to deliver your body to the morgue. As a rule, they are all sick themselves - what can we expect from them!

To be sick, unhappy and poor or to live healthy, prosperous and wealthy - it's up to you!

However, we must admit that we will have to seriously change our lifestyle.

Living right, you save four times - on food, doctors, medicines and your own funeral!

I am sure that in 5 years you can save on a decent new Russian-made car!

 

Nutrition rules

 

In total, you can eat no more than 0,8 liters (800 grams) of food at one meal.

It must be thoroughly chewed !

During meals, you cannot drink liquids and drink what you have eaten!!!

After a meal, you can drink water only after 2 hours !

The ideal option is to eat in small portions every 2 hours and 30 minutes.

What lies on the plate and gets into the mouth is a separate complex topic. For example, I have been preaching separate nutrition for a long time - protein products cannot be combined with carbohydrate! At the same time, you can eat everything, but in a certain combination at one time.

Tea drinking (coffee) is an independent meal!

It is impossible to eat after 19-00!

It is necessary to go to bed strictly before 23-00!

With this mode, the nutrition process will turn from burdensome work into pleasure. You will start to feel the taste of food, you will always have a wonderful appetite.

Now many people are pushing into themselves food according to the Turkish version of "all inclusive" - often, a lot, no matter what.

I believe that Charles Darwin was wrong in his judgments - people did not come from a monkey, but from another animal.

 

Rules for the use of water

 

You need to drink water on an empty stomach 20 minutes before meals (volume 1-2 cups).

After a meal, you cannot drink water for the next 2 hours!

The daily rate of consumption of clean water: in winter - 1,5-2,5 liters, in summer - 2,0-3,0 liters.

 

If you are young (up to 35 years old), consider yourself healthy, eat right and drink water, exercise daily and have an excess weight of no more than 5 kg, then further recommendations are not for you. This is for those who already have one foot in the grave, but pretend that everything is fine with them.

 

Rules for ingestion of baking soda

 

On an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.

The ideal option is in the evening before going to bed or in the morning.

The dose is one teaspoon (without the top). Start with 1/3 of a spoon, then increase by 1/3 every third day.

 

For preventive purposes - once a day for 1/2 teaspoon.

For medicinal purposes - 3 times a day for a teaspoon (without the top).

Reception period: 10 days, then a break - two weeks.

 

The cooking process: soda is poured into a glass, filled with a third of hot water (temperature 80-90 degrees!) and actively interferes for 10 seconds (so it is extinguished!). Then the glass is topped up with cold water and drunk in small sips. The temperature of the solution should be 30-40 degrees.

 

If soda is diluted with warm milk (strictly not boiled!), then the beneficial effect is enhanced.

 

Russian baking soda produced according to GOST 32802-2014 (30 rubles per pack) is not recommended to be used inside! - it is made chemically with a low degree of purification (can only be used for washing dishes)!

Previously it was produced according to GOST 2156-76 - it was much better and cleaner!

 

Baking soda has unique healing properties.

Taking it inside can prevent the development of many health problems.

The leaching of the body with soda helps to restore the enzyme and hormonal systems, digestive juices, the dissolution of harmful deposits, including stones in the liver, kidneys, bladder, as well as the elimination of joint problems (osteochondrosis, osteoporosis, rheumatism, gout).

Rules for ingestion of hydrogen peroxide (3%)

 

On an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.

The ideal option is in the morning after getting up or in the evening before going to bed, if soda is not taken, you cannot mix it!

8 drops per glass of water.

Start the procedure with 3 drops, then increase by one every day.

In the first days, it can "weaken".

 

For preventive purposes - 8 drops once a day.

For medicinal purposes - 3 times a day for 8 drops (no more than 24 drops in total).

Admission period: 10 days, then a two-week break. Then start immediately with 8 drops.

 

Hydrogen peroxide is a source of atomic oxygen necessary for the human body. It contributes to the normalization of redox processes and the destruction of everything that prevents the body from functioning normally.
